Return of goods
If you are not satisfied, for any reason, we are glad to accept returns of purchase goods for a full refund or exchange within 14 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Should you need to return your purchase, send an e-mail on address: magda@rilkephilosophy.pl to arrange your exchange or return.
- The purchase receipt, the order number, the name, addrss, contact number and e-mail address of customer shall be enclosed to the package with the returned goods.
- Returned goods should be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn, undamaged, saleable with original tags and packaging (if applicable).
- Altered apparel, special orders or personalised items cannot be returned.
- Once we receive your items, please allow 14 days for processing your return.
- The shipping cost of returned goods should be paid by customers.
- Refund money will be deposited into your bank account within 14 days from received the return goods to the shop.
